The room was in a good neighborhood and conveniently located for many Marietta activities. Amenity-wise it was somewhat limited, but is perfect for a quick stay in lieu of more expensive hotel rooms. The owners are wonderful people and kept exceptional communication throughout the rental period.

It was fine but the heat took too long to warm the place up . It was 51 degrees when I arrived and took 6 hours to get to 68
